Hi, I’m Jerry Sandidge, the owner and inspector behind Sandidge Home Inspection. I was born in Texas, raised in Louisiana, and spent most of my career in the oil and gas industry. I’ve worked in a variety of high-pressure administrative roles that required clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under stress—skills that serve me well in home inspection work today.

I’m a family man through and through. My wife and I have been married for 22 years, and we have five sons who keep life full and meaningful. We spent several years living in Alaska, and after moving from Texas, we’ve proudly called Idaho’s Treasure Valley home for the past eight years. I love the small-town feel here, the strong sense of community, and the incredible outdoor opportunities Idaho has to offer.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outside with my family—whether it’s hiking, fishing, working on a project, or just enjoying the quiet. I’m also a Christian, and my faith shapes the way I live and work. I believe in treating every client with honesty, respect, and integrity.
